ABOUT

My Practice

In-person therapist in Orem/Murray and online therapy for Utah residents.

Life doesn’t always give us a choice in what happens, but it does give us a choice in how we respond. My work is about walking alongside you as you carry what you’ve been through, without judgment, shame, or pressure to “just get over it.”

As a first-generation Asian immigrant and an ex-Mormon, I understand the tension of living between cultures, values, and belief systems. Maybe you’ve spent years being the responsible one, the peacekeeper, the “good kid,” or the one who holds everything together. Maybe you’re questioning the beliefs you were raised with, coming out, or trying to build a life that actually feels like yours.

I help clients expand their emotional tolerance, move through grief and fear, and navigate big life transitions. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve carried about who you’re supposed to be, and make space for who you actually are.

My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a feel for working together before committing.

MISSION

Empowering Lives

To create a space where you don’t have to translate yourself.
A space where culture, family expectations, identity, and past experiences are understood, not judged.

I help people who grew up carrying too much, pleasing everyone, or hiding parts of themselves to survive. Together, we unlearn shame, rebuild confidence, and create a life that feels real, free, and grounded.

Whether you’re navigating culture, faith transition, trauma, or identity, my goal is simple: to help you come home to yourself.
