Therapy for people caught between cultures, expectations, and who they really are.

Many of my multicultural clients were raised to endure, strive, and carry responsibility quietly. In my work, I draw from both clinical psychology and Eastern philosophy to help clients move from force and pressure into balance, flow, and self-trust. Healing doesn’t have to mean fighting yourself.

In-person therapy in Orem / Murray and online across Utah.

Free 15-minute consultation available.

As a first-generation Asian immigrant to the U.S. and an ex-Mormon, I understand the difficulty of blending cultures, values, and faith transitions. It is important to me to help individuals feel heard without judgment, shame, or guilt and give them a sense of belonging. My goal as a therapist is to help you gain new perspectives and confidence to take on any challenges in your life. I want to help you expand your emotional tolerance, walk with you through your grief and fears, and assist you in life transitions.

If you want a stronger and more secure relationship with yourself, let me help by offering a balanced and wholesome look at life. I believe the more you learn about who you are—from all angles—the more self-accepting you will be. You can walk away from the painful past without feeling ashamed and be proud of yourself.

I take a gentle, trauma-informed approach to helping my clients achieve their therapeutic goals. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. Reach out, and let's navigate your journey together!

Individual Therapy

50–60 minute one-on-one sessions focused on anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe while building skills you can actually use in daily life.

Couples & Family Therapy

Support for partners and families navigating culture, religion, parenting, and communication. Especially helpful for couples or families impacted by faith transition, cultural differences, or generational conflict.

Space to unpack family expectations, people-pleasing, model minority stress, and the experience of living between cultures.

Faith Transition & Religious Trauma

Support for ex-LDS, post-religious, or spiritually shifting clients who feel guilty, lost, or disconnected. We’ll explore grief, anger, relief, and everything in between, without telling you what to believe.

Holistic & Somatic Approaches
